2018 Macomb Area Crime Stoppers Dinner and Auction

Macomb Area Crime Stoppers held their annual Lasagna Dinner and auction on March 7th. Over $16,000 was raised that will help the program with expenses, payouts and new technology. The crowd enjoyed the meal, K9 demonstration, and especially the taser. Special thanks to Retired Trooper Glen Daugherty for volunteering to be a victim. Crime Stoppers also featured a table for WIU Police Officer Kristal Scott, who is currently fighting cancer. Crime Stoppers was proud to have such a strong, determined officer in the crowd for the evening. Pictured is the York family with Officer Scott and her daughter, Hancock County Sheriff K9 Zaire and Macomb Police Officer Derek Wiley, and auctioneer Kyle Kelson and Aux. Deputy Kreps.
