Senior Citizen Academy

The McDonough County Sheriff's Office in cooperation with the Bushnell Police Department will be hosting a Senior Citizens Police Academy. The Academy will be held on five consecutive Fridays beginning on March 6, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The Academy will be held at the Greenbrier Town Homes Community Room located at 770 West Hurst in Bushnell. The Academy will conclude with a graduation on April 13. The Spring 2009 Academy will cover topics such as drug activity awareness, frauds and scams, financial exploitation, and reporting crimes to the police.
